We enjoyed a wonderful weekend here! The accommodations, the service, and the ambiance are all first rate. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. Room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The charming courtyards and cozy outdoor seating make for a relaxing and romantic stay.

Living in Palm Beach Gardens and spending time in Palm Beach every day, I decided it was time to spend a weekend in Palm Beach. The Brazilian court has always had a fine reputation in Palm Beach, and the stay has been wonderful. The staff is very friendly, the room is very upscale, and amenities are superb. The pool was very relaxing and not at all crowded even though it was a weekend. The hotel adds a lot of luxury extras including little quiet lounge areas, overstuffed white outdoor furniture in the various courtyards, and even a piano player in the outdoor courtyard while people dine at lunch. I have stayed in several hotels around the world that have been ranked in the top 100 and the Brazilian court measures up to any of these.

Yesterday we had lunch at Cafe Boulud as we’ve had many times before. Lunch, as always was great.
We valet parked our car (Mercedes) and when we asked for it we were dismayed to see the car. The tires and side were covered with a glue like substance that they were using on a construction site next door. When we complained about the condition of the car, the office manager, Joyce James, just said it wasn’t their fault rather than finding a solution to the problem.
Moral of the story, do not valet park your car. If there is no parking available, have lunch somewhere else!

Me, my wife and 3 kids have been there a few times, and they keep up the amazing quality of the premises and service. A very nice Daniel Boulud's restaurant is a plus to the place, offering the same quality you find at NYC units. A little bit far from the sea, though. You have to walk a few blocks.

Excellent service, great location, old world charm. Every bit of the 1920's Palm Beach life style is reflected in this place. Location is excellent, great restaurants and high end shopping within walking distance. Stayed 3 nights, didn't retrieve our car until departure. The entire staff is attentive and courteous, they delivered a great experience. This property is showing it's age, probably needs a bit more maintenance on the exterior, the rooms were fine. This is not Four Seasons, this is uniquely Palm Beach, stay, relax, and enjoy.
