Very reasonable rooms are clean tidy and have tea coffee facilities but the best part has to be breakfast it was really good friendly atmosphere nothing seems to be too much trouble and I would recommend to anyone

This guest house was the best I stayed in UK. I arrived late the owner couldn't do enough for me to feel welcome & settled in. I asked the owner were was the nearest place to eat she offered to cook me some pasta & tuna that all I needed after a long day of traveling. I couldn't thank the owner enough, my visit was for a very important job interview the following morning. My stay was quite restfully & relaxed environment everything you need the night before an job interview. I would fully recommend this guest house to stay, i'll will definitely recommend & rebook when I visit this area again.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay you can’t go wrong with this place - it’s spotlessly clean.
They are friendly welcoming and couldn’t do enough, I was offered help with my luggage and even an umbrella because it was pouring down with rain!
Continental breakfast and a cooked breakfast with lots of fresh hot coffee. They make look running a guest house easy and take pride with everything they do.
It’s obvious they had a dream about owning and running a guesthouse and they’re living that dream:) good luck to them.

I went to Liverpool to attend the funeral of a close friend.
I booked a room at the Breeze Guest House, in Bootle.
The rooms are basic, but they are spotlessly clean.
The beds are very comfortable, I slept very well.
The breakfast was delicious.
It is a family run business, everyone is friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I will definitely stay there again. I you are on a budget this is the place to stay. It is within easy reach of Liverpool City centre.

There are a number of hotels on Trip Advisor that come within the post code of L9.
None were suitable, some much too expensive, some did not take pets, some charged for parking.
We found the Breeze Hotel (Breeze Guest House) in Hawthorne Road, Bootle, via another search engine.
We booked for 3 nights to cover the night before the Walton op and two nights after.
12 days before the booked date, the hospital brought the op forward a week. Julie at the Breeze readily cancelled the booking and re-booked us in a week earlier, for which we thank her. The room was cosy and quiet despite being near a main road. TV covered what we wanted. Lovely shower, The sleep was sound.
It was no trouble to provide a vegetarian full English breakfast. And that was kept warm for my accompanying friend, as I had to get to the hospital by 07.15hrs with nothing to eat. Early hospital discharge meant only a 2 night stay and Julie insisted on charging us just for the 2 nights instead of the 3 nights booked.
Highly recommended, accommodating, lovely hosts, good meals, good parking in front. good rooms, free wi-fi.
