Super helpful people, can print things, sit in their outside courtyard by a fire in the evening, get good recommendations, use a gym nearby for free. Rooms have everything you need, ordered a cab for me that came in 2 minutes..

Great location, friendly staff (especially the lovely housekeeping staff), great recommendations for food! This is my second stay at the Burrard and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver. It has affordable pricing, walking distance to Yaletown, Gastwon, conference center, museums.

Felt that for what we paid we could have gotten a much more modern spacious room. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is located close to transit and great food. I have never seen such a small elevator. I was charged nearly $800 for 1 missed night due to weather and deposit. Then was told I got "free" parking which apparently costs $28 per night.

Great location. Small & intimate. Bedding & towels were top notch. Nice & in new condition. Bed was double sheeted which we really like. Wi-Fi worked great. Good TV lots of channels. New TV. Bathroom was spotless. Expensive fixtures nice and shiny. Quiet. Helpful staff at front desk. We were only there for 1 night and arrived about 8:30 so no time to use amenities. Appointment in the am and checkout right after that so again no time to use amenities. Next time we will use the free bicycles and tour around. Only downside is the $35 parking fee. But hotel price is reasonable so for one who does not have a car to park it is great. Add on the parking fee and it is still more reasonable than other hotels in the area.

The hotel is older and could use a tiny bit of maintenance. However, it was super clean and comfortable. The courtyard was beautiful and I loved the little touches that they put around the place like the cute little signage. The staff was friendly and there was complimentary bottled water and coffee in the room. The location was good too. We were easily able to walk to the main shopping streets. The only downside was the $35 a night for parking!
