Nice place with good food, good pool, friendly staff and is right on the main road.
Though the breakfast options are limited, but food quality is good.
Would recommend anyone who wants to stay in budget hotels with basic room and breakfast, as I did not find any other amenities except good pool and a good bar.
Value for money

I have traveled internationally as well as within India and prefer stay in 5 to 3 star hotels. I am not too demanding when it comes to services in hotels I prefer to spend most of the time site seeing than spending in hotel room.
I believe my expectations are reasonable i.e. if one pays for 3 star hotel the least he/she should expect is equivalent services if not more.
Prior to booking this hotel, I had spent hours surfing through reviews, ratings, location etc and booked this property purely considering it as 3 STAR and its strategic location. Since the reviews were not too good I decided to give a call to the hotel staff and spoke to the manager and shared my concern about the negative reviews I came across. I did mention I am not expecting top class service but I do expects basic in place. I was assured pleasant stay and that the reviews were of few over demanding customers and I can witness for myself. Surprisingly even after my feedback in person while on stay, the approach was very casual and I couldn’t see the efforts towards customer satisfaction and improvement. I had paid 3K/per night and feel it’s not worth it.
Positive –
Location – Very close (5 mins walk) to Baga beach, Titos club and centre point if you plan to travel North+South.
Transport- Cabs, bikes for hire just outside the hotel.
Breakfast – Was Satisfactory. (We had to keep asking for refills)
Negatives-
Room- Spotty bedsheets (not changed even after feedback/ housekeeping), broken shelf handles. AC Remote wasn’t working and had to be replaced. Frequent electricity failures – backups doesn’t kick in automatically.
Washroom- Water logs in shower area, Broken MUG handle (Replaced after couple of reminders), WC Seat comes off.
Staff: Very cold and casual response. No travel desk or assistance. Multiple reminders are required.
Facility: No Wifi, internet. Hair-dryer, cleansing tissue, dressing table, No complimentary bottled water
Terrible is just an under-statement

The pic of the room which is uploaded in the profile of this hotel is the room, I was in. Trust me, it was a horrible experience, to write the least. Very poor hospitality, I must say. They opened the hotel to probably loot the travelers. They charge somewhere around 2.5-3k for average rooms. No value for money, I must say. The check-out time is 10:30 AM. While checking in, we did mention that we would check-out at 12 noon and reception agreed; however on D-day, they asked us to vacate the room no later than 10:30 AM. You cannot behave in such manner with your guests, specifically, when you earn your living through tourism. I was under the impression that hospitality should be on top for every hotel in goa as its whole economy is run by tourism. Guess, I was wrong. I don't know how to describe the terrible state of washrooms. No cleaning on daily basis. Bed sheets were not washed since the birth of Jesus, I guess. I am very particular about breakfasts. Its the first meal of your day and it should be good. The breakfast was more terrible than the rooms. Looking at Idli, you would feel that they are made 2-3 days ago. They don't serve fresh juices. Corn flakes are kept in a bowl and god knows how they serve. They were not crunchy to say the least. They don't have appropriate machines for toasting breads. You can not ask for choice of eggs. And tea is as good as warm water mixed with milk. Pathetic food and even more pathetic hospitality. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. If you don't find hotels near baga beach, and you are left with the choice of this hotel, I would suggest please do take a hotel in South Goa. Travel to Baga rather than staying in this horrible mess.
Horrible way to earn money from people.

The hotel has been the worst experience of mine at goa. Anything I comment or write would still sound better than what I experienced. Pay a little higher and stay at a better place than this crap of a place.
