We stayed there during Pooja holidays. 29/09/2017 to 01/10/2017.
Rooms are neat and clean. Every room has a balcony and we have a scenic valley view from Balcony. Rooms service is excellent. Staff are friendly and professional.
Complimentary breakfast is all VEG. Its very tasty and well topped-up. Tried vegetarian food in the restaurant. It was awesome.
Right from check-in to check-out, the overall experience is good. Right from security in the gate who assisted for parking, reception guys, room service all of them behaved so professionally & friendly.
But please make a note that this is not a resort, and it is only a hotel.

We stayed in this Hotel for two days. Check in on 22nd May 2017 and check out 24th May, 2017.
Let me clear that this is not the Resort but this is very good Hotel surrounded by greenery and nature.
As promised our family rooms were enough spacious, clean and cozy. Necessary facilities with complementary mineral water was available in rooms. Hot kettle for Instant tea and coffee maker available too. One English news paper also provided in morning. Overall service was appreciable without complaint.
Hotel infrastructure was good and looks almost new. Restaurant service was also fine.They have little bit small restaurant but they manage well. Generally they don't make you wait in restaurant area abut as soon as your order about to get ready they call you in you room to come. Food quality and test was average for vegetarian people. Buffet breakfast had little bit limited options and average in taste.
They have small playing area just back side of hotel where Badminton net, Basket ball net etc available for adults and children. They also put some slides, swings and small merry-go-round in that are for kids. One can enjoy this facilities and go back to your childhood for sometime.
We spent our both days without any trouble and complaint.
One can choose this hotel if available at reasonable rate.

One of the best place to stay in Kodiakanal. The view from hotel is so beautiful, that you do not want to leave the hotel. Perfect location to spend your weekend at peace. Food is okay. But it has all amenities for childrens. We enjoyed our stay here.

Neat & clean rooms. Staffs are very helpful & coperative. Their breakfast was the best I had recently. Even has a basketball court & childrens play area we used a lot. Also serves dinner which was ok. My whole family enjoyed our one night stay.

We had occupied three rooms.
The staff and the hospitality of the hotel was very good.
A little advice to keep tea pot in the room.
We wish The Carnival resort a best season ahead.
The house keeping was very good. The food quality was excellent.
