This hotel is well situated for Bond Street/Regent Street /Oxford Street and siteseeing- The Petrichor restaurant dinner was excellent! Flavour presentation superb!!
The chef deserves praise indeed!
We upgraded to 14th floor for larger room/definitely worth it! Clean and comfortable
Breakfast was good with good selection.
Fortnum and Mason is over the road and so close / handy as hotel so close

This was our 2nd stay at The Cavendish London and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. The location is perfect - walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, British Museum. And only metres from Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square and the Piccadilly Line. We stayed 6 nights in October, and were even happier than our 1st fantastic week here 2 years ago. The rooms are beautiful, elegant, with great beds and great views. The breakfasts are amazing. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Love The Cavendish London.

The Cavendish is a lovely hotel that clearly believes in great customer service.
It was a good check in - very welcoming and we believed they couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel has 14 floors with 20 rooms per floor.
We had a nice modern clean room. Really lovely looking bathroom and massive wardrobe with double mirrored doors. The room had a safe, iron and ironing board, tea, coffee etc, phone buddy thing (to use during your stay - nice gimmick) and great big windows.
As with all hotels there was noise from the lift, doors banging and from people returning from their nights out. Not sure if this applies to all rooms but we could hear our neighbour in his bathroom better than if he was in ours which was a bit disconcerting.
We had a twin room. Lovely big single beds with white crisp bedding and duvets. Comfortable and warm.
Breakfast was served till 11am on a Saturday which is great but they ran out of butter at breakfast and were serving truffle butter as an alternative. And check out isn’t until noon so all good.

Excellent hotel services, very pleasant personal, great place in London. The location is perfect, near underground,near shopping, near theatre and other entertainment. We spent very romantic time at The Cavendish. We suppose to come again next time.

Anniversary stay with a show ! What a treat it was! Lovely hotel and very convenient for the theatre x loved it thank you for the excellent service x we were greated with rise petals and champaigne it was fabulous x
