Had stayed and celebrated my sons bday at this hotel. This is amongst few hotels in city with ample private secured parking area. The hotel is also located in one of the good and safe area of the city, also approx 1 kmt from railway at station. Hotel in house staff is courteous and they really care about you. Service standards too are good. The hotel also offers 2 decent big halls and 2 lawns for business/social gatherings. Food is also good and ample variety.
However base rooms are overpriced unless booked online with website discounts - Reason..second floor rooms infrastructure is ageing with stains and dirt on floor, vents, toilets etc and requires a decent investment. Also would like to mention that after my childs bday got over in lawn and I was heading to reception for payment, I was instead stopped by the catering staff further urging me to pay the amount at lawn itself wherein I was surrounded by 10-15 catering staff urging for a tip. This is unprofessional.
Overall the hotel is recommended considering the good part and other options in city.

Nice hotel to stay in gwalior.
Good food.
Nice and sumptuous breakfast.
Spacious and clean rooms with good corporate discounts.
Near to airport and railway station.
All in all good package within city limits.

During my recent visit to the city, I attended a late evening meeting in this hotel and found the arrangements quite good. Although I did not stay in this hotel, I went to a room for freshening up and found it to be moderately good for this grade of hotels. Food was well prepared and service was good.

The hotel is located in the main city and a very busy road just outside the main entrance. The rooms are of average size and provided with free Wi-Fi. The restaurant is at ground floor and buffet spread is sufficient. Hotel is equipped a business center and travel desk to assist. The staff behavior in general is good.

Stayed here one night and recommend this hotel.
The accommodation is good. We were in room 326, which face the entrance gate. The room is spacious, including table, chair, sofa. There is a kettle. No safe box in the room.
The bath is good. At first there was no hot water and it took half an hour to repair but then the supply of hot water was good. The breakfast buffet is good, nothing special. Free wifi good too.
Stuff very friendly and checkin process was quick (which unfortunately is not the norm in other hotels...).
Note that there are no restaurants around. Either have dinner at the hotel or look elsewhere if you have a car.
The hotel has a wedding hall so if you're lucky you can see a wedding ceremony. We saw one of a Sikh couple. A nice experience by itself.
