One of the friendliest hotel staff that you can find. The quality of food earlier was good but has now become great in last 6 odd months. Kudos to the head chef. Also, the warmest staff. Ask for the Manager Sujit if you have any issue. He makes sure that you have a pleasant stay. Good place for families too. Very close to MG road and Inox. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

I have travelled to many Hotels and locations pan-India... But this hotel has stolen my heart.. The staff are courteous, served us with smile. Food was extremely delicious. I recommend this hotel for every kind of trip.
Business or pleasure ..this Hotel is one of the best in Pune. I stayed for 04 days and all the days are memorable.

After reading this review if u still book this hotel ur the biggest fool i stayed here for two nights and we were given room on 4th floor 407 the moment we entered it was stinking i asked the house keeping guy to spray some room Freshener and then bang I stepped on a nail yes a bloody rusted nails all 3 of them poking out pics added I immediately called the front desk a lady manager came
1. i asked her to change our room
2. asked her for a doctor as i wanted to take a tetnus injection
3. Asked her for a first aid kit.
What she did?
1. Changed the room
2. Asked me to go by myself to the nearest jehangir hospital
3. First aid kit was never provided
Imagine i was traveling with my 4yr old kid god forbid if she had stepped on it ?
The second room was also stinking specially the bath room.
And also poor guys when asked for a iron and a ironing board told us that they didnt have a ironing board only a iron and asked us to use the table hahaha its a total jugaadu hotel.
Guys this is a fact don’t waste ur money here there are many good properties here don’t go on good reviews the service sucks big time once upon a time this was a good property as said in old reviews but now its gone to the dogs.

This is situated very near to Pune railway station, just 1 KM. It has Inox multiplex in front of it so easily accessible. It is a business class hotel so all amenities are made suitable for business travelers. They provide complimentary breakfast with nice variety (Indian and continental). The rooms are neat with clean bedding. Bathroom is fitted with bath tub. They provide free wifi.
Overall the good option during the business trip to Pune.
P.S. It has a spa to relax and a rooftop restaurant.

My recent stay at the central park hotel pune, 09th October 2017, has been not less than a nightmare. I checked into my room in the morning and was out for the day, when I returned late evening and headed for a shower , I hear the door bell ring and in moments , someone trying to open the door , I panicked and rushed to the door from the washroom, the GENTLEMAN outside asked me what i was doing in he's room , i was then given to understand by the duty manager - Mr. Vijay , that he's staff Ms. Ameeta had erroneously allowed another MAN to check in my room in my absence . Inspite of the blunder that had taken due to their staff's negligence, none of the Hotel's Top Management (General Manager) bothered to call and apologize for their error. To my understanding, the PROTOCOL of a STAR category hotel was not followed. I demanded for an apology letter , which has not reached me yet nor have I received any phone call from the Hotel Management. I DO NOT RECCOMEND this hotel for any Lady traveller , coz u never know who may be knocking at ur door . The WORST hotel experience....
