The Chesterfield has a wonderful, old-fashioned feel, from its architecture, to its decor in every room. It also has a great location, only a few blocks away from Worth Avenue, so it is easy to walk to on a daily basis. What really impressed us was how personable the staff was, they were genuinely friendly and accommodating. Our favorite staff members include Tatsiana, Juan, and Carl. Carl had suggested several places to visit during our stay, as well as providing directions. It wasn't until he gave us his card that we realized he was the restaurant manager of the adjoining Leopard Lounge! Like all the staff members, he truly went above and beyond his duties to ensure we had the best trip possible. Thank you to all the Chesterfield staff! We will be seeing you again!

My daughter and I️ wanted a weekend escape from the hustle and bustle of Miami. We decided to pick the Chesterfield Hotel and were charmed by the incredible staff from the moment we were greeted by Matthew who genuinely wanted to make our mother daughter weekend extra special. Even though we had booked a standard room he wanted to make sure that we felt special during our mother daughter weekend. He went out of his way to make sure we had a pool view and helped us reserve High Tea in the library. Our high tea was spectacular do to the impeccable service from Jean, our server. He took the time to explain to us the different services and traditions associated with high tea. The continental breakfast was included with our standard room price and exceeded our expectations from the service provided by our server, Paul. From the homemade bread‘s to the European style breakfast the extensive spread was abundant. Carl, the restaurant manager, made sure that we were satisfied with the food as well as our room. I️ am looking forward to my return to the Chesterfield again and highly recommend you check out this white glove service yourself!

right from the moment we arrived, with the attention of valet to the moment we left with some cookies for our trip, this hotel surpassed our needs for service and attention. we arrived just before check in and had a G&T at the bar awaiting our room.we were told it would only be ten minutes and it was. the barman and headwaiter chatted to us and made us feel at home. our room was fabulous , pretty large with an amazing bathroom.
meals service and attentiveness were exemplary. probably the best service encountered after many years of world travels. thank you to the breakfast staff who gave us some cookies for our journey home.

Loved the service at this hotel. Tatsiana in reception and Lou at the Bar were terrific. Our room, though small, was gorgeous. Pink and grey toile fabric covered walls. It felt like we were sleeping in a jewel box.
Will definitely return!

My husband and I planned our wedding at The Chesterfield with Greg Palmer. Our event could not have turned out more wonderful!!! Everyone was so pleased with the wedding and amazed at how everything went smoothly. From the original planning meeting with Greg and his expert advice and guidance to the day of our wedding no detail was left out. Greg helped us pick out menu options, which were delicious, most everyone cleared their plates! We had choices of filet and Chilean sea bass. The Chef couldn't have prepared more wonderfully. To a decadent wedding cake prepared by the pastry chef and cut into pieces for everyone to take home a piece of the sweetness of a new life. Absolutely no detail was to big for Greg to discuss and implement. He is so knowledgeable. And funny! A calming, serene force on a highly nervous bride!! My husband and I fully recommend the Chesterfield for an event and the F&B Director, Greg. We truly believe our day wouldn't have been as wonderful without the staff that made it all happen. Timing everything just so. From the beautiful poolside ceremony to reception. A big thank you to The Chesterfield, the staff, and Greg Palmer. Our guests were very pleased.
