Trevor and Steve are the most welcoming people we've ever known. Very hospitable, especially on arrival where they brew up for you with biscuits. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Steve is so funny you will be laughing constantly. Both are fantastic hosts and if you like your multi coloured lights then you will love it at this hotel. Rooms are decorated to a high standard and throughout the hotel, it has that warm and cosy feel aswell. They both go that extra mile to make sure you are enjoying your stay. We will be staying at this hotel every year without fail.

what an amazing hotel after leaving a poor hotel after one night to staying with steve and trevor amazing host greeted with tea and coffee friendly advise on attraction awesome big breakfast very modern décor at amazing prices don't stay ant were else

I booked this guesthouse after reading the good reviews and were not dissappointed. Steve and Trevor are doing a brilliant job fetching the accommadation to the current market. I am sure by changing the name of the hotel next year will make it more so have a modern feel to the property. We couldn't have stayed in a big hotel and got the service and cleanliness as we did. we felt like friends rather than guests and other people staying were friendly too. It felt like one big happy family. Lovely place to stay.

It was a perfect hotel and the hosts absolutely wonderful. My husband and I had never been to Blackpool and decided to come for Halloween to see the Illuminations and take in a show. When we arrived the hotel was all decorated for Halloween, including the dining room. Halloween is my favourite holiday and I was over the moon to see that my love of this wonderful holiday is shared here in the UK. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a very warm welcome and offered coffee and tea. Steve even carried our bag up to our room. The room was wonderful as it had recently been remodelled, fresh and clean and the bed was so comfortable, it was hard to get out of it the next morning. Loved the special light show from the showerhead. The location was perfect, we were only a few minutes of a walk to pick up the tram heading up to Pleasure Beach. There is also a bus line close to the hotel. You will also find brochures of all kinds of things to see and do in Blackpool. I can't imagine that there are any better hosts in Blackpool, Steve and Trevor were so friendly and made you feel right at home. Thank you Steve and Trevor for having us, we will definitely be back. Quite anamazing hotel andhosts, we arrived for a1night stay last weekend as we were going to see last night a dl saved my life (THE MUSICAL) trevor and steve literally couldn't do enough for you on arrival steve came down and helped us carry our bags in whilst trevor made us coffee tea and biscuits (SO MANY PLACES YOU GO TO ARE GIVEN YOUR KEY THEN THAT'S IT),we must have chatted for an hour re the show as they had been to see it plus the cruise they are both soon to go on you would have thought you'd known them for years

Up to our room (ROOM 3) which was beautifullrecently renovated, warm, nicely decorated with a couple of quirky touches the cheeky postcard shower curtain and a shower head that flashed and changed colour whilst showering.
Comfy bed, thick duvet, soft pillows slept really well.
Next morning we were greeted with coffe, tea, toast, numerous cereals and full english breakfast, just the right amount not over facing after a heavy night out in Blackpool, again Trevor took time again to chat with you about our night out, taking a real interest in where we had been the night before.
They have been busy re decorating the whole hotel eith only the dining room to finish. It was a real pleasure and privilage to stay there and meet the 2 guys, they deserve to do well with the way they run the hotel and treat their guests. We will definitely be back next time we are in Blackpool. Good luck boys enjoy your cruise see you next year.
