Another great weekend in this hotel
molliescotlandon 17/11/2017 21:26This is our 3rd visit to the Commercial Hotel and once again we were not disappointed. We took friends with us who hadn't been before and they also loved it. You are made welcome from the minute you step inside. The room was very comfortable with everything you need. The food in the hotel is delicious and varied. The lovely Mo seemed to be there all the time and could not do enough for us, she is a credit to this place. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back again.
Fantastic Weekend Break
Kristene Son 05/11/2017 22:15Was treated to a fabulous weekend break at The Commercial Hotel by friends for our birthday. Room was large, modern and very comfortable. Dinner menu was good and the food was fabulous. Breakfast offered one of the best selections imaginable! All served to us by the lovely Mo, who couldn't do enough for us and added to our already excellent weekend! Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

They are not stingy with the portion sizes either. Toilets (always a good guide) scrupulously clean and tidy. Can highly recommend.

Hygiene in question
falabaon 13/10/2017 21:30I had lunch last week in the bar. Food average, but what caught my attention was the server/bar maid who served our lunch had been in the process of cleaning the bar and surrounding areas. She was also handling cleaning chemicals at the same time as serving food. Of the best hygiene standards. First time there and the last. Food was average
