I stayed in dorm for 6 pax. The bed is not clean up yet when I check in. Others dorm too is not clean up. The ac/heater is not functioning. I tried other ac/heater, but they are all not functioning too. Luckily the weather is a little bit cold, so it's not a big deal for me. Two sharing toilet, it's clean.
Parking space is free and easy to get the parking lot. Cafe and restaurants are in walking distance. Hotel itself has its restaurants too. It's big and comfortable. Beach is just opposite the hotel. U can hv a drink and looking at the sea view.

The ease of booking the hotel and arriving to be greeted by lovely bar staff was so refreshing. I visited Phillip island for buisness and the north pier made it feel like I was there for leisure! Fantastic room, especially considering how cheap it was!! I plan to come back for a weekend with my boyfriend sometime soon. Thank you!

Thi whole place was totally different than advertised. Not even a Lobby! Totally mis information in ads. No phones in rooms. AC/ heating was not working, pounding morning to night with workers and shouting, bar closed,when it was open, is dubious, food might have been served but not sure when that happened!
The only light were the two lovely, friendly reveptionists, who had no idea what was going on, but were friendly and helpful. Both breanna and Keely were wonderful. Wonderfully located hotel but, two visits and not good experiences. Total chaos! The second time was even worse than the first time although I was assured problems would be over by then. Rooms just above/ across from bar too. I cannot see it will get quieter when the bar is full of patrons. At least, with nothing going on except renovations, it was reasonably quiet at night.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, the amenities could be improved, mini fridge wasn't working but the staff who was friendly and helpful fixed that. Weather was lovely when we were out there so had a nice time walking, drawing and painting on the beach.

We upgraded to a Sea View Room and it was well worth the extra money. The accommodation is quite small - we had a four person apartment that was comfortable for the two people staying in it but would have been awful with four people. The bed was very comfortable. The apartments were in the process of being updated while we were there so the things that were a bit down-at-heel may be just about to be fixed. The bathroom was a little tired and the bath too shallow and uncomfortable to enjoy (I tried it) and the fact that you have to step up quite high into the bath (with the shower in the bath) could be a problem for older people or someone with a disability. There was plenty of hot water, however, and everything was spotlessly clean. Overall it was an enjoyable place to stay.
