Well where to start with this brilliant hotel?! Room had everything you could ever need and was spotless and spacious, with lots of plug sockets in the right places. Bathroom had bright lighting and great shower. Very comfy bed and to wake to the sun rising over that spectacular view was wonderful (binoculars provided too!). Gorgeous breakfast and lovely staff - all in all a stay I will remember for a long time. The views are what make this hotel so special, but everything else lives up to them. Hope to be back one day.

We spent one night here with our two dogs in a comfortable room with excellent facilities. The dogs were very happy in spite of being in strange surroundings and there were plenty of areas in which to walk them. The restaurant was excellent, both in the service offered and the food choices, which we found to be first class in all respects.
We will certainly be returning. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The views were beautiful.

Stayed for 2 nights and found the hotel to be excellent. The room was very comfortable with fabulous views and very clean. We stayed in the coach house which is some distance from the dinning room the hotel has umbrellas in the room if the weather is inclement, fresh milk is available from a fridge on the first floor for making tea or coffee in the room which is a really nice touch. Both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were of very high quality and good size portions, the staff very friendly
Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Wanted somewhere a little bit special to mark a first anniversary, and by heck I found it.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here, and they are very friendly and efficient.
The food here is to die for. Both my girlfriend and I had what was agreed to be one of the best meals of our lives. And breakfast is pretty good too.
Only failing really is that the room we were given was a little low in places, when you are 6ft 6 low ceilings can be an issue.

Fabulous location, halfway up the Malverns where you can literally step out of the gate and continue up into the hills! Staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. The room we had was warm, cosy and a little "Chintzy", lovely size, in Coach house with that amazing view. (Other reviewer's are right, the room is maybe a little tired in places but don't be put off as cleanliness and cosyness were all intact and refurbishments are happening soon, I hear)
Everything is spotlessly clean, the bathroom, rather quaint looking had an excellent shower. The restaurant is an experience of its own, in a winter's evening you may only glimpse the twinkling lights of the amazing view below but the food! Mmm, up on our list of best meals ever! Well worth a visit in every way, we even had the local wine which was pretty impressive! Check out the fabulous wallpaper in the restaurant and book to ensure a place, we plan to return, hopefully in spring
