Feel like a family place rooms are Fantastic...Neat and Clean Pool. Superb Ambience. Enjoyed the food and hospitality. Mr Durga one of the kind employee.

I traveled during September 2014
Help Desk:
We stayed at Country Club De Goa for 5 days. We checked in on 14 Sep; one & half hour before the scheduled check in time (2 PM), however the help desk consider our request and was quick to allot us the room. Special thanks for that gesture.
Room Amenities/Service:
We were travelling with our 2 yr baby and our priority was the kitchen facilities in the studio room, which we were enormously satisfied with. The studio room was clean and spacious with facilities like microwave, Refrigerator, Sink, water boiler, wardrobe, dining table. Bathroom was clean with all basic amenities & Premium Quality Linen and Toiletries. Room Service was excellent & quick and we didn’t had to call them twice for any request.
Resort Area:
The resort was clean, well managed and with ambient atmosphere. Swimming pool was well maintained.
The location surrounding was quiet and peaceful away from populated beaches like Baga and Calangute.
Restaurant:
Special appreciation goes to the Shack - Multi Cuisine Restaurant, for its ambiance, food variety; Quality; Quantity & Appetizing. Also the attendants were really good, two of them always took our baby in their arms and take care. Different concepts in restaurant during buffet dinner were also astonishing.
Staff:
Mr. Pankaj & other Manager accepted our request to Check out at 2 PM instead of 12 PM, so it somewhat match with our travel time. Thank you both.
My special thanks to Jyoti at Customer care who guided me with some useful numbers to get in touch at the resort & outside.
Mr. Pankaj & other Manager (I don’t know his name) are doing a fantastic job, they make sure that they are always around to attain any queries and always present at the time of buffet.
Thanks to those two attendants at Multi Cuisine Restaurant who were best at their service (I should have taken their names to mention here).
Area of attention/improvement:
The Club should provide their own chargeable rented vehicles for sightseeing. Also there should be Airport Transfer facility.
The Club should arrange water sport facilities (maybe it was off season so it was not available).
There are lot many lizards scrawling around the stair case area, may be because the back side is open to many forest trees. A small pesticide once a month would help.
Overall it was a marvelous stay & above my expectations.

Stay at Country Club De Goa was my second visit. This time with relatives, we have enjoyed at the fullest. Goa property is near Anjuna beach and in good location but quality of property and services deteriorated. Goa is all go green, specially during rains it become more enjoyable.

I have been to the hotel for 4days.. The location is a bit isolated from city limits.. But the place is well maintained with good cleanliness.. Pool side bar was my ultimate favourite place.. Room service was great with good staffs.. They even provided two wheelers and four wheelers rental on daily basis.. Wifi was only available at the lobby

They lie, they steal, they scam! DO NOT INVEST A SINGLE RUPEE with THEM!
The sales team will make thousands of false promises and all of them would be never be true.
You start talking to them, state them problems and they block you on social media sites and everywhere else.they never pick your calls on customer care
