Friendly staff, clean all around.
The walls are a little thin and you can hear noises but come on... is Jasper.
I go to party, ski, dine and wine!
So no complaints for noise.
Clean bedding and towels.
Comfortable enough mattress, coffee maker in room, fridge and safety deposit box.
Thanks to staff! Friendly at anytime.
Lots of parking too.

stayed a few nights in this hotel chosen for its location in Jasper. Had good reviews so despite its 2* rating we decided to give it a go. The hotel had all the amenities you could ask for, a restaurant open good hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It looked good but as we've been to Jasper many times didn't eat there opting for our favourite places in town. The room, although a little tired was spacious and had a microwave and fridge for our use. My husband used the pool and was delighted with it, it was a shame that it appeared to be under utilised.

I stayed here a few days ago. The dining room was nice and the food was decent. The hotel seemed slower than usual but that was okay with me as it was quieter. I enjoyed the way that I was checked in fast by the front desk agent woman at the time. I later phoned after 2am and the night desk man Carl helped me with extra supplies for my room even though it was at such a late hour. I only remembered his name because we talked for quite awhile as he answered many questions I had about the area and Jasper itself.
I would stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Stayed there this last weekend. The Hotel is pretty nice, very convenient as it is close to downtown. The pool is just ok although the water extra cold. The restaurant is nice but way to pricey for it. We spent $60 on breakfast for 3 adults 1 kid (buffet style). Won't do that again. The room was clean and nice and comfortable beds. The hotel is a bit of a maze and unfortunately I had to walk a lot with my son (he has a wheelchair) to get to our room. The elevator is the smallest I have every seen 3-4 people max. All and all not a bad place to stay at.

Great size room with a decent size bathroom which included a good shower. Air con was included and it even had a little kitchenette. This room was recently redecorated and the decor is OK some units do not match but not a concern for us. Only slight gripe was the tv menu system wasn't particularly user friendly but appreciate the fact we had movie channels etc it just took time for the system to scroll through the options. Keep an eye out the front in the early morning around 7-8 AM as the elks are out grazing.
