it's not a resort, it's just a cheater machine. We booked this hotel after seeing a poor review to take just the risk because pics of the hotel looking nice but it's our mistake very big mistake never trust on view, management is the core part of any hotel, and that core part is very cheap and not cooperative.We booked Dunes eco hotel after searching lot of reviews on MMT. But due to some medical emergency, we needed to modify the dates. But to our horror after paying full amount also the hotel completely refused us to entertain the request & not providing an alternate solution. We informed the hotel before 1 week of booked dates but of no use. Neither they refunded nor they modified the dates after many attempts of the request. Such a negative harsh response was not expected from a hotel. Extremely disappointed & feeling cheated as they completely retained our hard earned money.
Advise :Never ever book this hotel.

we stayed two nights,in bangle house ..All staffs was well respect and room was very neat and cleaned.swimming pool was good,garden all well maintained and food was very good taste,housekeeping staffs are well trained.we enjoyed a lot......very nice property.full safe and secure.

It’s not the same as you see online ...the total area is dry kind...food not good at all...service is very poor...we had booked for 2 days but checked out the next day...the price is also high...will not recommend !!!

Stayed only a couple of nights in order to see Pondicherry.
Could have stayed several more days to relax and enjoy the 20+ acres at the beach.
Glorious individual rooms with their own gardens were so unique and tasteful- each a delight!
Infinity pool 100 yards from the beach, so refreshing.
Food fantastic; more than we could eat.
Staff so warm, so friendly.
Highly recommend if you’re here!

The property was vast with alot of planned activities. But the restaurant was overly priced, not worth the food.
They had bicycles available so it would be easy to commute around the property. Easy and private access to the beach.
