Me and my girlfriend stayed and we had a good time here, we had a superior room which was very spacious with a comfy bed and pillows, only problem with room is when the heating comes on there is quite a lot of noise from the pipes, could be easily fixed just need a plumber in. Ensuite a good size. Staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was a good buffet breakfast. The gym and swimming pool are good for what they are, if it was busier then they would be too small. Close to beach and centre. I would recommend this hotel.

Just returned from a five day break at this wonderful hotel with Fenn Holidays. We honestly could not fault the hotel on any aspect. On our arrival we requested a room change and Eva, the receptionist, went out of her way to find one more suitable to our needs. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was great, good selection, well presented. Something to suit everyone. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The first impression was an ok hotel. The reality was something else. The hotel needs an upgrade, from entrance to all the rooms. The cleaning needs to improve a lot. The only positive thing is the location on the west cliff close to the center of Bournemouth.

Very friendly staff, and checked us in quickly. We had a superior room which was very nice, and spacious. Some bedrooms do need updating but think it’s in process. Breakfast was buffet, plenty of choice and enough of everything. Does have swimming pool/spa area but we didn’t use it, looked nice though. Car parking at back of hotel, £10 24hours, we’ve paid more in other hotels so we didn’t think this too much. Within walking distance of beach, gardens, and shops plus few bars on way! Oh and fish & chip shop very close! Would definitely recommend, we had a highlife deal, we’ll worth it.

Traditional hotel with lovely staff. Only had breakfast but this was buffet style & very good. Hotel room was spacious with a comfy bed & heating easily controlled. The bar area was nice to relax in. Parking cost £10 for 24 hours
