The service was excellent throughout and the location, with Pike Place just a block away. They had not promised a full water view, but we got one, since the waterfront was right below us, --we even ate in our room one night, just to see the sunset. Twice a day room service included with fresh towels. The decor of the rooms was modern and elegant.The room was great! It had everything I needed including wireless internet, which worked perfectly. I worked while watching the boats go in and out. Everything was truly what a hotel should be. I will stay there again no doubt! It is a GREAT place for romance!

Had a water view room with great view. But room decor was dated and we both woke up hot in the middle of the night, not sure if they had motion activated AC or what.
Dinner was very good at the Hotel.

I would recommend it if cruising!!! Just a hop skip and jump from dock!! Restaurant and Bar on site!! Short walk to Pikes Market. Lots of eateries and Bars close! CLEAN rooms, friendly staff! Looking right at water!! Its the only Hotel on the water!

This Hotel is amazing and has a very home feel to it. I highly recommend it. The staff were amazing and friendly. I went for my best friend's engagement party and we had an amazing time except dealing with the weather lol Even though it was constantly raining the hotel staff offers umbrella which is cool because you can explore the city while it's raining. Very different experience especially when you live in California. The room view is incredible. Quite and just relaxing. If you're looking for a hotel not in the city but a few blocks away this is the hotel you need. Period. 5 star. Also, management is really amazing.

This was a great hotel. View was beautiful & the food was excellent. The room was clean, and the beds were extremely comforble. The gym and pool were great also. The staff was very friendly! I can't wait to go back.
