Got to tag along on my wife's recent conference visit. What an incredible hotel! Rooms were slightly small but made up for by great service. Food was immaculate in both of the restaurants we went to. The server was incredibly knowledgable with regards to the ingredients (I have a food allergy) and also suggested great wine pairings for our meal. As a bit of a fitness buff I especially enjoyed that the hotel had a great gym. I attended one of the morning classes and loved that I was pushed and able to work up a good sweat! The instructor was a Banff local and gave us a few "insider tips" on things to do during our stay. The outdoor pool was great at night with the snow all around us. I was also delighted that everyone at the front desk seemed to genuinely want to cater to my needs and helped me with any questions I had. I rarely make trip advisor reviews but I left with a massive grin on my face. I hope to be back in the near future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I left my hat at a local store and the valet drove us down to the store to get it. We loved spending one very cold day of hiking around the property and then ending the day at the spa. The hiking in the area is breathtaking. The hotel itself is stunning and really does look like a castle in the clouds. The skiing in the area is reasonably priced and not overly crowded.

Always wanted to stay at the castle in the Rocky Mountains and it didn’t disappoint! The view from the room was spectacular!All the staff from the reception desk to concierge to the restaurant staff were wonderful! If you are there at Halloween be sure to do the ghost tour , it feels up quick so book ahead of your stay! I did have a few issues while we were there but when I texted the front desk they took care of them quickly and made up for the issue! Be sure to check out all the floors and the outside pool at night is a must with the dark starry night above!

Staff, food and spa amazing. However, our floor in the hotel was very dirty. Our shoes had to be cleaned after we walked the hotel floors. Our room was also never vacuumed. Every single staff member told us that the hotel was definitely not busy, so we wonder if they laid off staff and did not have enough to conduct a thorough cleaning job each day.

The property is majestic and well located for multiple outdoor and inside experiences. There was an unexpected, early snowfall the week before my visit which added to the beauty. I was traveling on business and did not have packing space to properly prepare for outdoor activities, but many people shared their findings and I cant wait to return, properly prepared. The staff is exceptional and I would specifically recognize Chloe on the Gold floor as a wonderful person focused on making your stay and experience exceptional.
