Brittany Crowley,Fairmont Gold supervisor knew we had a long road trip home. She packed a bag of goodies to sustain us on the way.
Randi, Gold intern-I needed nail polish remover and without a gift shop available I called the concierge level. Randi had a bottle of remover available in case a guest needed it.Service above and beyond.
Karandeep Kaur Gold supervisor friendly, efficient and goes the extra mile .
All the staff was exceptional-Thank you for a great visit!
Best hotel experience I've had in a long time
Goldengeargirl on 17/06/2017 18:36I stayed at the Fairmont Winnipeg on the last night of 3 weeks on the road. It was by far the best of all the hotel experiences I've had in a very long time. The staff were not just courteous, they seemed genuinely kind and warm. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and my meals were excellent. It was easy to relax here and everything I needed was made readily available to me. Thanks to all of you who made it easy.
Fantastic stay to attend my niece's graduation

They exceeded my expectation from calling me by name as I got out of the car, to the storing of my luggage for a late afternoon departure to the airport.

Disappointing...
Jay Lon 15/06/2017 23:21Yesterday, I scheduled a visit with this property accidentally. I spoke with someone at the hotel who told me the cancellation charge would be waived due to my prompt inquiry. Trip Advisor sent the Fairmont an email asking to reduce or waive the cancellation fee on my behalf. However, 24 hours later I received a response. This was evidentially too much to ask. Very disappointing.
