Rooms are nice and well kept. The view of Mehrangarh fort from our room was awesome. We stayed here for 2 nights but had dinner outside. Breakfast was good. The service in the restaurant was prompt. We had one lunch at their restaurant. The quantity was very less as compared to the price.
Check out process as very slow and bad. The person at the reception was not aware of our package and took a lot of time.

Stayed here as part of a group trip. Rooms quite nice, beds comfortable but sleep quality was poor as our room was next to the lift. Partner was kept awake at by noises coming from it, including people talking. Hotel was full so couldn't be moved. Also, for some reason loud ambient music is played in the corridor throughout the night and can be heard in the rooms, which also disturbs sleep. Breakfast buffet ok, besides that only ate in the coffee shop. Had a nice, large toasted sandwich, then an evening snack of what turned out to be four tiny tacos and a microwave pizza! The coffee shop staff were very helpful, though.

We stayed in this Hotel for a night during our visit to Jodhpur. When we reached the place in the night, we were offered one upgraded room (Wintergreen room to Suite), which anyway was not useful as we had to stay only for the night. Since we reached late, we tried Dinner in their restaurant and the food quality/taste was not good. Add to the misery, the staff were new and did not know how to service the clients. They kept disturbing asking for comments (which they could have asked after the dinner), which was annoying. Even the breakfast was not good and had limited spread. The only plus point was the Rooms, which were clean and spacious during our stay. The other worst part was that there were no parking available and we had to send our driver to stay outside. They should look at improving the restaurant service, food quality and create space for parking with driver accommodation.

Very noisy on the 8th floor with rooftop restaurant above.
Not enough breakfast variety in restaurant
Not enough space in restaurant for the whole hotel to attend breakfast in the morning

Stayed for 2nights in this hotel. The hotel is placed in the city but does not have a spacious frontage. The vehicle has to be stopped outside the gate and the bags carried in. During the first instance when we reached the hotel, the security personnel helped to manage the bags to take them to the reception, second time there was nobody available to help. The lobby is small so are the rooms and the corridors. Only one lift is available for guests. But the restaurant is spacious and the breakfast spread is good. So is the service at the reception and in the restaurant.
The rooms are done well and the facilities are good. May be next time, I may look for a better place for staying if I am to visit Jodhpur.
