Wonderful Suprise
kristyziehlon 10/10/2017 20:40Very nice and lots of room. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay at the Ferringway again. Felt like a nice home away from home. The place was clean and appeared to have been recently updated.

christopher eon 06/07/2017 16:31Stayed four nights in unit 48, two story unit with loft, and it was perfect! Unit is very clean and well maintained. The complex is quiet and peaceful. Thanks for a great vacation! Would definitely stay again in the future!
Kinda dated, but still comfortable and convenie
timothywgrayon 04/07/2017 02:31The place has an 80's retro feel to it, which seems intentional on the owners' part. The decor seems to harken back to 1986. However, some people may enjoy that sort of retro experience. The place is comfortable and clean, and the residents were friendly and hospitable. It has nice views of the mountains, and it is only 5 minutes from the city center. We stayed in Durango to ride the train, and we were there on a straight shot. I will recommend the place....but a refurbishment and remodeling should be in the near future.
would not stay again
ballen6556on 28/06/2016 22:14From start to finish, will not stay here again. Check-in is at 4pm. My travel party got there at 5 minutes after 5pm and office was closed. Had to drive to a different location on property and retrieve my own keys, and locate our rented condo. We let ourselves in and were pretty disappointed. Our party consisted of 2 adult couples and the second bedroom had 2 twin beds. We reserved the Drake condo and nowhere on the site where I booked was I led to believe it would be anything BUT a queen size bed in each bedroom. I gave the other couple the master since I booked this condo. The other couple refused to even use the shower in the master bathroom, it was so gross. Beyond that, the living room furniture was very well worn and a vaccuum was just left in the hallway. (petty complaint, but c'mon)
Clean but really outdated
jburmeisteron 18/05/2016 18:05We were traveling with our 20 year old son so the extra too was very nice. But green Formica, teal carpet and paper posters on the wall, really? They must not have updated it since it was built. I could have tolerated that but the linens were just as old. These days you just expect to have fresh bright white bed linens and a comforter with washable cover. Not dated old beige linens and corduroy bedspread.
