Greeted by the most wonderful and friendly staff. Explained everything. Took care of everything. Even though we were using Hilton points, we were treated as special! Buffet breakfast was very good and parking was easy. It was a ballgame weekend but they made sure we were taken care of. Also right next door to the Dead Mule Club! Love it!

Excellent stay! Accommodations were clean and spacious; staff was helpful and friendly; room service as outstanding. This was a personal stay and the hotel was perfectly located for the purpose of my trip. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was very clean. Complimentary water was provided in the room.

This hotel is located on Franklin Street and is thus excellent for accessing UNC and central facilities. However, given the room rate the hotel is only average in my opinion. The WiFi is truly awful, taking ages to connect and being exceedingly slow. More worryingly is the fact that you can hear your neighbours very clearly- in my room I could hear their conversations very clearly! The hotel is aiming for the boutique market, which may explain the slightly scruffy furniture in my room where scuff marks and peeling veneers were visible. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was truly excellent. The beds were supremely comfortable.

I stayed here for business so never actually turned on the TV, but I used the internet and it was very good for free access. I use VPN and even on the complementary internet I experienced no issues with the speed which was nice. Hotel was comfortable.

Clean and lovely. We had extended family members meeting up to tour UNC Chapel Hill so we were on the go but if you have time to linger, there is a beautiful common area on each floor that is very spacious and beautifully decorated
