A rather small Taj property. The food taste in the restaurants is mediocre and there's absolutely nothing special/outstanding about it.
We had an issue with the Valet Parking staff here - We went there to celebrate the purchase of a new Honda City and the car was handed over to the Valet Parking guy in a sparkling condition as it was just out of the showroom. When it was handed over to us, the car had broad, black marks on the driver side door and the roof interior as well. When we confronted the staff, they simply declined doing that and washed their hands off from the responsibility. Totally unexpected of a place like Taj

Nice hotel in the heart of the city. Very courteous staff and prompt service. Grateful to the front desk guy who helped book an Uber early in the morning at 6 AM for my trip to the airport today (19th Nov 2017). Couldnt know his name but much appreciated. Keep up this customer centricity, buddy!

Located in the central part of the city yet very close to the airport. Clean and comfortable rooms met by courteous staff at the reception. The dinner was a great spread of continental and Indian menu with some mouth watering deserts line apple pie, caramel custard home made ice cream and very Indian sweets.
The Chef was too willing to prepare any recipe you liked, we tried some lasagna, that he prepared in a jiffy.
Would like to stay again very soon.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. I was in town for a month during a volunteer work and the hotel became a second home for me. The Staff is just brilliant and helpful. The pool is nice and the restaurants are great. I want to extend a big thank for taking such good care of us!

Services and food was too good. Especially Ramesh beara was too good and he has given v nice service and make our evening great. This is really good place and even they have buffet As well. Quality of food is good and even other ambiance as well
