ROSE (positive): amazing service staff, polite, smiling and friendly. Amazing real filter coffee...still missing it!
THORN (Negative): Stink! The lobby entrance smells of Jasmine and the floors above of mould. The rooms floors perspire, the bathroom ceilings have black mould (attractive to respiratory tract infections and there is an awful cloying smell in the room that I had to address by buying 1 meter of Jasmine as room freshener! Staff uniforms desperately need to be renewed. I think the management/ franchise owner of this hotel needs to get their act together...I will not return unless I have to

Service what we expect from TAJ venture is not what you get at Gateway, arrogant staff, poor customer service.
Rooms are good but the room that was offered to me was facing highway, so it was very noisy and dint get good sleep
Hotel is equipped with all the amenities

We stayed here for about 3 weeks in October 2017 when one family member went through a surgery at Global hospital. It was a very difficult time and a few of us took turns to be there from Sri Lanka and Australia. The flexibility and hospitality by the staff at the hotel was commendable. The duty managers Vyshnavi and Bikram with Rajender and Chitra were very compassionate, considerate and professional at the same time. When the patient was brought back to the hotel room, they went above and beyond with sanitation of the room and sending the chef up to the room to check on the food requirements.
The room, food and service were excellent. The location was convenient.

The choice offered makes one really think of what to eat as the offers are mouthwatering and one wonders why our stomach of such a small size

The hotel is situated quite close to the airport. The check-in and check-out procedure was very smooth. Special mention here to Mr.
Vikram - the Duty Manager for being helpful as we were traveling and had requested a late check-in . The buffet spread both for dinner as well as breakfast was very good. Also the restaurant staff, very attentive and courteous. The front desk staff too were very courteous. The gym is well equipped and the instructor too was helpful. The hotel lives upto its brand name. Kudos for making our stay memorable!!
