What People are saying

Amazing experience

Paul R on 17/11/2017 02:14

This hotel is brilliant. I stayed in room 308 and it had a fantastic personal terrace. The speakeasy downstairs is a great touch and reception even gives a passcode to enter it, adding to the sense of authenticity. It’s also very conveniently located and the start of a nice run to the sites.

Solid hotel in Georgetown

mor6ancass on 13/11/2017 01:18

(Room 705 )corner room overlooking M street) I️ believe there were 5 windows which was great! Lots of natural light.

The staff is very friendly! We arrived a little early and they allowed us to check in right away.
1. The hotel is very clean and rooms are simple yet classy. There were some things in the room that stood out.... the black marks on the curtains, mildew in the grout, furniture is a little beat up but nothing major. The beds were pretty comfortable.
2. Location is great... just steps to m street with shopping and plenty of restaurants. We actually walked all of sites from Georgetown. We figured we walked about 8 miles that day but we walked to the White House, monuments, etc.
3. Heat/Windows. The heat was off in our room for over a day and we didn’t even realize the controls were there to turn it on. When I️ asked at the front desk they had the building engineer come up immediately and he showed us how to use it. None of the windows seem to close securely so there some cool drafts. However the bed was nice and warm with a nice comforter and sheets and the heat warmed up the room just fine.
4. We briefly saw the rooftop bar from the elevator. It looks amazing. However, they understandably closed it because of the frigid temperatures. I️ was not too keen on the idea that admission to the bar is at the hostess discretion (stated on their website). Kind of ridiculous but it wasn’t open anyway so I wasn’t able to experience this. we asked the woman at the front desk about the rooftop bar and she just said it was closed. When asking for another recommendation she sent us around the corner instead of mentioning the speakeatery, Alex, that was just steps away. We later found out it was there and you need a secret door code (kind of silly because they hand it out a code to anyone who asks for it).
5. The hotel was pretty quiet considering it’s in a busy section of town and we knew there were others on our floor. However- I️d be interested to see how loud it is on the 7th floor when the rooftop bar is open in warm weather.
6. There is Zero water pressure in the sinks. I️ read this in another review on TripAdvisor but brushed it off. However, the shower water pressure was okay.
7. Valet parking fee. I️ know that parking is expensive in DC but to charge hotel guests over $50 per night when there is $13/24 hour parking (on the weekends only) is a little ridiculous. I️ did not move the car on Saturday but wish I️ had.
8. The doorman was awesome! He’s super friendly and helpful!

Overall I was very happy with our stay. My first choice was the four seasons but I️ couldn’t justify spending the extra $ when this hotel was fine for our purpose.

Great boutique hotel

Love the Graham. The staff are very attentive to my needs, friendly and professional. The rooms are very comfortable. The rooftop bar is a great place to hang out, have a drink and has amazing views of Georgetown. I stay here whenever I travel to DC

Great location and very helpful staff.
Breakfast in house is too expensive
Pillows too thick - need some thin ones so can mix and march
Room is a generous size and well equipped
Need to make clear that use Hilton Honors Wi-fi

Fantastic place

Fantastic hotel. In the heart of Georgtown. Nice stuff. Very good room. And just beside the best coffe shop in the world Baked&Wired. This was a bussiness trip, but we will be back as a family on holiday.
