A comfortable hotel in a very good location. Decent bar on the ground floor but we didn’t eat here. It seems to be more of a venue designed for hotel apartments than a conventional hotel. Rooms are great but surprisingly warm, we had the air con on during November ! Very happy though.

I'm late in writing this review but I wanted to take a moment to give our thoughts. We had a family vacation to London in March of 2017 to visit my son who lives there. It was myself, my husband, our other four grown children and our daughter-in-law. The location was incredible! We could walk to so many things and we caught the bus tour right down the street at the corner. The staff was more than accommodating, especially after my daughter and son missed their flight and had to come back for one more night. I can't say enough about the staff in the hotel. The staff in the bar area/restaurant could have been a little more pleasant. Actually, everyone there was a great except for this one man who was from France...not very warm and fuzzy, nor professional in how he spoke with and treated the guests. Our room was nice...you have to understand European hotels...they are not super luxurious but they were clean and, again, the staff accommodated getting my family on the same floor...quite the feat! James Li is the Guest Service Manager and he was SUPER! I would definitely stay here again and, because of the location and the staff, a fabulous time was had by all! Thank you to James Li and the entire front desk staff! :) We hope to see you again some day!

Stayed overnight was upgraded to"superior room" for extra cost but looked out to brick wall and air con system!! Moved without problem (didn't notice till check out that under bed hadn't been cleaned)
Positive is that hotel has character and is well located
Negative- we could not get into bar at 10.40pm on a Saturday night??!! In central London??
Bathroom would benefit from updating - fabric shower curtain not pleasant in a superior room

I booked this hotel as a birthday treat for my partner and am pleased to say the room we had was great. I book a queen room. The room itself was big and had the comfiest bed to sleep in (so much we didn't get out of it till 10am!). Bathroom wise over all great with a good shower. I rang ahead and sais we were staying for a birthday and the hotel arranged complimentary gifts which made it a little extra special. The only downside of this hotel was that they don't offer an early check in, 3pm in my opinion being a bit late.
Over all a great stay.

My partner and I stayed at The Grand at Trafalgar Square Hotel at the beginning of Nov, Not to mention the ideal location and great deal on the room, the service was outstanding, very helpful staff and very friendly, personal attendance and down to detail. The Hotel itself is stunning and the room was beautiful, clean and tidy. Everything is up-to-date, well organized and the internal design is to AWE for. Room service was efficient and prompt. All our needs were covered and more. and i have to admit we are quite demanding and the hotel staff were super professional attending all our requests. It is indeed a 4 star hotel which by far serves as a 5 star. wouldn't trade it for any other hotel when i visit London. Top Notch!!!
