Hosted a dinner for 100 delaers. The hotel looks fancy but the team needs to be more courteous and polite while dealing with guest specially hosts. ( banquet team )

It is very good hotel with multiple restaurant and corporate halls. Nice way to have good time. Location is near to Surat Airport, Multiplex and Malls. Probably only five star vegetarian hotel in the world.

Just visited the ziba restaurant with friends. The food was excellent as always, but just before we was going to enter the restaurant with club entrance two guys stopped us and told us very rudely, “Hello, where are you going? we answered to the restaurant but they again told us in not a good attitude that we can’t enter by this way we have to go to another building and then to the restaurant. For 7 YEARS i have been visiting the hotel regularly but i NEVER encountered this type of behaviour from the hotel staff. The hotel is known for great hospitality but this was not at all a good attitude to talk to the guest coming for dinner.

Hello Everyone,
I visited this hotel day before yesterday i.e. 4 November 2017. I booked this hotel online from TripAdvisor through yatra.com. Thank Lord I have taken screenshot of booking and payment to yatra.com. Because at the time of check in I was informed that there is no booking so I showed them my booking reference no. And then they gave me room but they said I have to make payment. I again showed them my payment receipt on which they said that their concerned team will contact yatra.com.
Reason for saying all this is when ever you guys do any online shopping or booking better take screenshots for safety.
Staff:
Hotel staff were very helpful starting from check in till my check out. 5 star for staff.
I reached hotel early and check in time was 11.00am but they gave us room early.
All the needs were taken care of.
Food:
A lot of variety to choose. Food was very good, tasty and again staff are always on their toes to help you.
Fruits are all of no. 1 quality which is very rare.
One thing I noticed which upsets me was buffet was veg. But even veg was awesome.
Pool and other sports activities:
Pool was very clean. Gym, squash, badminton court, table tennis, billiards, chess, PlayStation, carrom and kids game room all were very well maintained.
Note:
If you want to play squash and badminton u need sport shoes and T-shirt, without this they wont allow you to play.
Room:
I choose executive suite. Very nice, clean room. Everything was in working condition. There were less option to choose in mini bar as there was just 2 soft drink can and A/c cooling was slow in the night and took more time to chill but their staff helped and it was very cool.
Special thanks to Mridul who helped us by arranging buffet early as we were getting late and Poonam, Surender and Faizal from reception and 1 more girl but u dont remember name.
Thanks to all hotel staff members from reception, room service, house keeping, club department, restaurant staff, etc.
I don't remember all staff members with whom I interact.
Looking forward to visit again
One more thing its 15kms far from Railway station but near to Airport and all Shopping Malls.

Best palace for stay eat and enjoy
for the staying best rooms and best room services.
for the eat there is restaurant and cafeteria.
for enjoyment there is popcorn movie theater and club and also swimming pool.
