Staff:
Staff is English speaking and very accommodating of any requests (i.e. ironing boards)
Parking:
Parking is not great. There is very little room for parking on the grounds and no street parking is available
Rooms:
Average size but had issues with getting hot water for showers. The air conditioning worked very well in our room but spotty in others.
Restaurants:
Breakfast on the roof by the pool was nice. Wonderful Indian foods for breakfast.

In this hotel food was very bad,the service which they provided very bad,it's not a star hotel just like Lodge,and they managers was not responding any problems but also they are bliming us,my four friends are got sick because of hotel food.just check before visit

I stayed in suite room, which leaves much to be desired, old outdated furnitures, no hot water supply most of the time which is a very basic in even small motels in Bangalore. Even no trolley to carry our luggage to the room. Poor room service as every room service request was needed to remind

Have stayed in this hotel 2-3 times for official visit. Location is very good. Very close to MG Road. Rooms are huge. Parking is available here. The only negative for me was food , they didn't have many vegetarian options , even the buffet breakfast was only okay. Hence the overall rating reduced to 3 🌟.

Hi, I stayed here for one night stay at my official visit to Bangalore.
I very much liked the room and amenities.
I ordered a veg burger for food which I liked.
The breakfast spread was also good.
However, one of the things which could have been improved was after I had ordered food from room service, I asked them to clean it up, but nobody came to pick up the plates. It happened twice..once in the evening when I had ordered and at night.
Second issue was in my room there was no bath towel. I asked for it and was brought very promptly. Out here the problem was that it was completely torn from the sides. I don't expect such a thing from the hotel. Ideally it was in such a condition that it should not be in the inventory itself. I was leaving and check out, hence did not bring it to anyone's notice.
Small issues like this else I liked the hotel. This was my first stay so may be I give it a benefit of doubt and will not shy away from staying there to stay if the service is better or not next time.
