The stay here at Haiwa was just satisfactory. The room was not very clean but the staffs managed to clean it before we could enter in. It offers free WiFi as well. It's location is very prompt as it is near the Varkala Cliff and beach. Overall, it's just a satisfactory experience at this hotel. Services could be done in a better fashion.

Stayed here for 1 night whilst travelling around the area. Quiet location 5 minutes walk to the cliff top.
Room are basic and clean with a private bathroom. There is a good seating area were you can meet with other guests.

The room was disgusting (see photos). The floor and sheets at least were clean but the rest of the place was absolutely not (see photos).
The "ad" for the place said breakfast was included but it wasn't.
This hotel was quite far from the cliff, it was a bit of a walk to get to the cliff/beach.
The only reason we stayed 2 nights was because I got the flu and was too sick to move to another hotel.
On the 3rd night we did move and didn't look back!

We stayed in April 2014 and had such a great time here. The rooms were clean and cozy as well as the public areas. Shaila (excuse spelling) the manager was so welcoming, friendly, professional and extremely helpful and nothing was a problem for her. In all a great hotel, walk to the main North Cliff area is a lovely little 5 minute stroll. Thank you Shaila we will never forget the wonderful stay we had :)

Stayed in 3rd week of Feb. 2014 . Room is very good , location of hotel is in a silent area and not far away from beach . In-hose european Breakfast is available ., for which charges are included in the hotel charges .
