Beautiful buildings with historical charm. Staff all very polite and helpful, dinner was delicious and breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was an extra bonus. Would definitely visit again as so conveniently located and really good value for money

Best place to stay in the area - even better than any hotel in Stamford. Suits both business travellers and holiday makers. Great Wifi access enabling anyone to work away on their laptops and mobile devices without any performance issues. Very unique atmosphere with very friendly staff.

We stayed for the night at this old coaching inn which my partner remembered from his school days, when it was considered to be very prestigious. These days it could probably do with a bit of tender loving care but the rooms were scrupulously clean (ours was a standard double), the staff were friendly and the breakfast was exactly right. Parking was very hard to find (it is right at the back of the hotel apparently - just keep going round it until you find the entrance!). We never did find the car park but there was plenty of on street parking outside. Worth staying again.

FABULOUS BREAK. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal and our bedroom was exceptional. We would highly recommend The Haycock Hotel. Thank you to everyone for making our stay at The Haycock Hotel an enjoyable experience.

Nice setting, nice hotel. Could do with a lick of paint and the staff could be a bit friendlier but overall I would stay again. Lovely place and I can see why so many weddings are booked here. Very picturesque.
