Service was very good & the view from the room was beautiful. Room was clean. facility to enjoy live music. pick up and drop facility was also there. Staff was very Cooperative. Food served was very delicious.

beautiful location of the hotel and if you are lucky to get the valley view rooms..then I would say you are going to spend some quality days of your life in this hotel.
quality service by the staff and friendly nature of the staff is icing on the cake.
its around 2-3km away from the main market, but that happens to be the best part as its away from the noisy streets and gives you the peace for which you crave during your holidays.
the food which is served as buffet is delicious, with a wide spread and the staff was willing to cater for my additional requirements, if any.
the hotel also provides you bikes on rent (although I dint utilise this service.)
the property is well maintained with good interiors and exteriors.
overall, a wonderful place to spend your time.

A beautiful hotel With a awesome MOUNTAIN view....I would personally recommend this hotel for those who are seeking the best hotels in Manali...... and the hotel area was simply awww... perfect hotel for your perfect outing...

The location is so beautiful, we went for a garden view room and had a blast. There were days when you'd not want to go out of the hotel and just sip tea in the garden. Tea, was so good there. We received complementary tea in breakfast, evening and night.
Their hospitality and food were great. Loved it.

If you want to remove yourself from the busy Manali market area and want to relax in the lap of nature surrounded by mountains, then this may just be the place. We got a room with balcony with stupendous views of the mountains all round. Our room was nicely appointed with a clean and smart bathroom. Service was good - no complaints. We wanted to get a spa done but apparently you need to book the spa services well in advance. The only let down was the dinner and breakfast spread. Food was average. Otherwise loved our stay here very much. Definitely recommended.
