Hilton look, Bates motel experience
Katrina Eon 19/11/2017 21:32This particular stay at this hotel was not good at all. The location of the hotel was fine and in close proximity to where my event was held. The following occurred during my 2 day stay:
1. Check-in, was given a room where the door didnt lock, had to change rooms. Was given a complimentary breakfast buffet voucher.
2. Checked in to another room that same night, and observed a roach in the bathroom and there was dust everywhere, as if the room had not been occupied in a long time.
3. Following morning at 7am, shower would not work. Called front desk to report it and was told maintenance was not in yet but would fix it.
4. Same morning, went to hotel's restaurant for breakfast to use voucher, glasses and utensils were filthy, and the food was not good, especially the eggs, which had a sour/spoiled taste.
4. Unpon returning to the hotel after 7pm, I asked the frobt desk if my shower was fixed bc I was heading back to my room. I was told yes. When I got to my room, it was not. Why it wasnt fixed after 12 hours from the initial report that it was broken, no explanation. Called the front desk, said she would send someone to fix it. A maintenanxe worker did come to my room close to 8pm to fix it.
It was just a very frustrating visit. My prevous visit to this hotel a few years prior was excellent, but after this experience I will not return.
The only complaint I had was the lack of blackout curtains...

I'll keep it short and to the point.

Air conditioner went out on day 4. After the television I didn't see the point in asking since nobody checked on the tv for 4 days then the ac would really get ignored.
Bar staff was AWESONE!

Ann Lon 11/11/2017 22:28Front desk was awesome! Their housekeeping is horrible. The beds and rooms smelled, there was barely any towels and when I did call for towels it took me 5 hrs to get them. They need better housekeeping. The bistro is always out of food products that they advertise.
