Fantastic location in the CBD, very helpful concierge in the old school style, very quiet and comfy rooms for a proper sleep, very fine breakfast. We have no complaints. The foyer area does look a bit tired in daylight but then its an old hotel

The Windsor Hotel is an iconic hotel in Melbourne's history and it was a pleasure to stay there. It's location to the CBD, trams, trains and eateries is excellent and the staff are attentive, courteous and extremely helpful.

Excellent service from beginning to end with friendly staff and the concierge was very knowledgeable advising restaurants etc. Good location to explore Melbourne central with walking distance to most attractions and tram lines only a few meters away. We loved the style of the hotel and the history of it.

Had an amazing experience here! Would definitely recommend! Superb service. Very lovely, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are very clean and presented beautifully. Coming in with service concierge came to open the doors and helped take our luggage to our rooms. Thank you for an amazing experience!

The room was quiet, clean and spacious making for a very easy sleep. The bathroom was clean and big, the bar downstairs a good spot to meet up with friends and the breakfast had enough choices for most people. We wanted to stay near the theatre for. Show and this hotel was a good choice. It is a very easy walk downhill to the heart of Melbourne and an easy free-tram ride back up the hill to the hotel.
