Servers for my wedding were amazing. They really cared about making our special day as best as possible however event manager ruined my wedding by discriminating and discriminating me and my guests...

After touring downtown Chicago, this place was needed. Quiet and beautiful grounds. Wonderful front desk employees, including attendants. Rode bikes, walked the path felt secure. Relaxed and enjoyed the openness feel of the inside pool that offered views of trees/gardens. My new place to place when visiting Chicago!

I stayed at the Hyatt Lodge as a speaker at a conference at the adjoining Hamburger University. Knowing it was a McDonald's facility, I was expecting it to ... well, have a "McDonald's" feel to it. Maybe too corporate, or having the fast food logo on everything.
I was pleasantly surprised and utterly shocked with several aspects. It was a beautiful facility. The rooms were clean and lovely. There was not a tub, the shower was gorgeous with an entire glass wall. We had a suite space shared with another speaker. It had all of the room amenities, just minus the beds. It was very helpful as a small meeting space when needed.
We ordered room service one evening and the food was hot and delicious. The staff throughout the hotel was helpful and friendly. The conference space, while having the history of McDonald's, did not weigh you down with the fast food icon. There was beautiful art throughout the conference center and hotel. The small lake outside was lovely, making the walk over to the conference area a delightful experience.
I would stay here again, just as a traveler. I enjoyed the counter service restaurant for a lunch, the sit-down restaurant for a dinner and friends spoke highly of the bar.

We stayed at the Lodge and attended a wedding reception there. Without exception, it was the best food and service we have had anywhere. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
