Will keep it short
Ordered Bruschetta for starters, which came late after the dinner was served, we. Were told it's taking little bit extra to cook which is fine, upon arrival it, it was more like cheese on toast, the bread was soggy and there was no crispiness at all, I challenged to manager/waiter who tried to justify that this is how it's cooked, upon telling them I have had Bruschetta around the world and this is nothing like it, he was quiet. There was no apology or they didn't offer a replacement or offered a substitute, they even didn't take it off from the bill and my cousin had to raise this issue with them and they still tried to justify its correct or by saying they will deduct it for us when we visit next time. I really felt that a big hotel with a good reputation like this,fails to maintain its standard.

"We had a marvelous stay at the Imperial Place Hotel. Wonderful interiors, very good service and some excellent dining too, must recommend the hotel's Esenin Restaurant for the blini and caviar and some exquisite salmon dishes. Very reasonably priced too for a luxury hotel. My only qualm was that the restaurant closed a little too early each evening."

This establishment has been around for a good few years and still maintains very high standards. It is very central. Starting from very welcoming and hard working staff to a very clean hotel. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well apppointed and the bathroom is clean and has everything one would want. It not only has normal toiletries but has both gender luxuries, from aftershave to moisturiser and talc!!! The food is very very delicious and breakfast choice is vast!! I stay here every time I am in Rajkot.

Good to stay but just dissatisfied with laggard time consumption to fulfill order as room service for food.
Otherwise all okay...
Food is delicious and tasty.
At the heart of the city i.e. yagnik road so convenient to move in main market which is in very near vicinity.

The Hotel has 2 wings. The new wing is nicely done for a city like Rajkot. The rooms are comfortable and food is quite ok. The a/c works very well and the have given all the amenities that is not given even in five star hotels like shaving foam, after shave lotion, cologne etc
