Great place! Excellent location for the university. The staff are really helpful. Wonderful rooms and nice modern bathrooms. Very nice breakfast. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come by again.

Overall, we had a really nice stay. We stayed in the corner suite and it was a bit dusty but overall clean and comfortable. The traffic was a bit loud due to our location in the hotel but nothing a noise machine couldn't fix.That is just the nature of being so central to everything which I consider a plus. Because we were traveling with our baby, we didn't have housekeeping come in since our baby was napping. However, they checked on us that night, offered turn down service and gave us more towels. I appreciated that gesture very much. We were there to take our son to CHOP and it was an easy 10-15 min walk.
The bellmen were awesome. Every time we came in we received a warm welcome and Crystal at concierge went above and beyond to help us even before our arrival. Those small but warm gestures go a long way. At check in it would be helpful to have a bit more information about the property, map, breakfast info, etc, without having to ask for it. Breakfast was nice and the omelet station was a nice touch!
We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and would certainly return! One suggestion would be to offer shuttle service to the hospital which would be a big help for families.

Right on Walnut Street, almost in the heart of UPenn, pleasant and accessible. Service in every area is more than excellent. Decorating is a little tired, and needs freshening. Breakfast is wonderful. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant.

Had a great experience at the Inn at Penn. Was pleasantly surprised from start to finish. It is a great option when in the area. All good. Very good. The hotel was clean, bright and spacious. The restaurant next door POD was a great meal without going to far. The option of a drink in the living room/library was another pleasant option. Really impressed.

From the first step on the property through our entire weekend of meals and meetings, the Inn at Penn delivered - and beyond. The staff is not only efficient, but also extremely personable and caring. This Hilton property must treat its staff well - these people seem truly happy to be a part of the hospitality industry!
