Nice hotel, 125 years old heritage property converted into a hotel. Stayed there for 2 days in November. Liked it, good food and hospitality. Very nice rooftop restaurant. Only negative was that the rooms are very small, no moving space or sitting space in rooms.

We stayed 2 nights and the reception we received was good
At the restaurant, most staff could not speak English except for 1 lovely older gentleman. This made it feel unfriendly
The room was precious...we had a high ceiling with a high four poster bed and chiffon curtains
The bathroom was big but needs more space to put ones toiletries
The owner was a lovely man who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and even helped package a parcel for the post office
The rooftop is amazing and breakfast in the garden is pleasant
It was a lovely stay overall

We were a family of 7 visiting Jodhpur due 2 nights as part of a 11 days Rajasthan tour. The kothi heritage was by far the best hotel we stayed at. It is not a royal heritage property exactly, but it is about a century old kothi which has been renovated very tastefully, providing the right balance of is old world charm and modern amenities. I specially liked the reception area which had traditional furniture and lighting with board games. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and five up very tastefully. Most importantly the staff were very courteous and made us feel very welcome at all times. Breakfast was served in the garden and was adequate. We did not have dinner here due to a limited vegetarian menu but the roof top restaurant was very well set up and looked attractive. There is a good multi cuisine restaurant Gypsy right next door and a large marketplace with many eating options at about 10 minutes walk. It is located in a quite area but not too far off from the tourist attractions.
I would highly recommend it for family or couple travelers who want a good blend of the traditional with the modern without spending a fortune on the royal hotel properties.

This is a haveli of Jodhpur Maharaja's Senapati as stated by the owner while welcoming ourselves in traditional Rajasthani style during check in. Their personal house recently ( last 7 years) converted into a hotel. Though they don't prefer calling it a hotel. Beautiful nicely decorated room with essence of royal era. Food was good but veg only. No non veg allowed. Drinks they won't serve but you can procure from outside and have it in room. Staffs are well behaved and helpful.

It maybe suited for the foreigners who want to get a taste of royalty because it is nothing but fake royalty. The place was clean, staff helpful but the place was uselessly expensive. The food was ok but it was disappointing that they did not offer more rajasthani delicacies.
