Helen Bon 10/08/2013 06:55It's really unfortunate that most of the hotels Mexicali are not that much good but still I chose to stay here just because of their price which by the really cheap even though the services are terrible.
STAY AWAY!
GPAlberta1on 12/01/2013 04:44Stayed one night and wanted to leave even before we spent the night! Patio door lock was missing, jammed a curtain rod in it so it could not be opened as when we showed the caretake he just shrugged. Asked about the 24 hour restaurant and lounge they said they could call dominos for us, next morning we realized caretaker and family were living and sleeping in what was restaurant/lounge. Was cold in the room when we called and asked how to turn up heat they said they didn't have heat, nor did they have Internet as advertised, asked for airport shuttle and they called us taxi who wanted $20 to take us 2 km so no free airport shuttle either. Was nothing like they advertise would NEVER stay here again was creepy like the place was closing its doors that week or something! Bird crap all over balcony and balcony that looked into garbage pit! We paid $80 for the room and was not worth it!
