Absolutely fantastic in every way when we checked in we were given a complementary upgrade the staff were all excellent they fetched us fresh flowers to our room.We went to the champagne brunch the following day which was amazing we couldn't have had a better weekend

reasonably prices for a west end hotel .
beautiful building outside . when you walk in was very spacious and the atrium part is beautiful and spacious .
the rooms were a good size and bathrooms also very large and well fitted out .
staff were very helpful .
there are a few hidden extras that bump the price up .
valet parking for an overnight stay is £40.
buffet breakfast which wasn't included was £75 which i thought was over the top .
if i am going to an event up the west end again i will stay again as the rooms and service were excellent .
will go somewhere else for breakfast though and probably won't drive again .

Wow! I have been to this hotel numerous times and it never fails to impress me. I have just returned from visiting with my mother for her birthday and it was probably the best stay out of them all. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff were incredibly attentive. We were upgraded to a studio room on the 5th floor with fantastic views over the Atrium. As it was my mothers birthday, she had a cupcake in the room upon arrival. We went for dinner at the Winter Garden and were really well looked after. The staff again were very attentive and informative. Again, as it was my mother’s birthday, she was bought another birthday cupcake and the pianist played Happy Birthday. The food was outstanding and there was plenty of it. I will definitely be returning.

Very elegant place with good amenities. The rooms were ok but the prices for this hotel is very high. I enjoyed the coffee shop down stairs a lot and the restraunts looked great. The location is very good for this hotel
