After ten years you often expect hotels to drop their standards or not come up to expectations. The Leela continues to be a great 5 star property, the staff are wonderful and look after your every need. The rooms are traditional but very very comfortable. The Jamivar indian restaurant is the Jewel in the crown, the hotel has several restaurants but Deepak the manager of Jamivar just makes your experience so good, which compliments the great food.

Stayed at this beautiful hotel as we prepared for departure. We did a lot of traveling throughtout southern India and finally had some downtown to relax in an exquisite room and poolside. Definitely a relaxing quiet hotel!

Nice room, typical Indian friendliness, excellent manicure down on the spa level. Really good food in the Chinese restaurant also at the lowest level. My only complaint is why oh why do that not have complementary WiFi. Fast WiFi 299 Rupees = to almost £4.00 for one hour. Just not acceptable these days. Their excuse was the WiFi was supplied by an outside supplier!! Free WiFi and they would have got 5 stars.

Very nice place to stay and this property is huge. Rooms are good and comfortable. Food is very good and specially breakfast. They have a very good bar. Only drawback to this hotel is no free WiFi which is surprising because this does not cost much for giving free.

Overall it was a nice experience. Staffs behaviour and attentiveness were excellent.
The housekeeping was nice all the time.
It has very beautiful reception lounge where you may sit and enjoy. Pool-side is also worth-enjoying.
