Lovely welcome from Alan & Judith. Room was very nice with all the facilities we required, including a note left on the bed on the Saturday night reminding us that the clocks went back that night (very thoughtful). Great location for all parts of Scarborough on the sea front at the south end of the north bay, handy for the town centre, the Castle, Peasholme park etc. Some great tourist advice from Alan who provided me with a street map and told us where to go to see the dolphins (a real surprise)

Made to feel very welcome by Jude and a surprise welcome by Kika a gorgeous bundle of fur, floppy ears and legs!! The room and bathroom (large shower) were spotless. Tea, coffee and spring water supplied, along with an excellent range of toiletries and a sewing kit!
Breakfasts were fab, lots of choice and quality produce - beautiful fruit salad and best scrambled eggs I've ever had.
We only visited for three nights but were so comfortable we felt as though we'd been there longer.

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed at the Leeway, having booked for 3 nights this time. Yet again we had a fabulous time in lovely Scarborough and a major contribution for this is this wonderful little hotel. The value for money is absolutely incredible, from the spotless bedrooms (and all that is provided in them) to the delicious hearty breakfast that is made specially to order. The hosts Alan and Jude worked really hard to ensure that we had everything we needed and I cannot fault their customer service. We fully intend to return to Scarborough because it is such a beautiful place but if the Leeway happens to be fully booked when we want to return, then we will definitely change our travel dates. We have made the decision that we do not want to stay anywhere else in Scarborough- as this little hotel and its owners are that good!!.

My wife & I just fancied a night away in Scarborough so booked the leeway, from the moment we walked in we knew we had made the right choice, the owners make you feel so welcome & the hotel is absolutely spotless, we had a beautiful room with lovely views of the bay, bed extremely comfortable which was perfect after enjoying a long walk & a couple of pints.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, would definitely recommend this hotel & we will definitely be returning.

Absolutely outstanding perfect place to stay in Scarborough fantastic rooms with a good sea view, magnificent breakfast and extremely good selection, very friendly hosts. Our only regret is that we did not come across the Leeway sooner but now we have we would stay over and over. See you next year.😀
