The hotel provided courtesy transfer transportation from the Airport to the hotel and return. We arrived at the hotel which was up a small side street, we were rather taken aback. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the Reception staff, registered in and were shown to our room on the 2nd floor. The room was large and airy with AC. Pleasant room with en suite bathroom overlooking the small busy street. The decor was a little tired. Luckily the windows were double glazed. The room had Satelite TV which was functional but had no fridge. The hotel was quiet, Room Service 24hrs as was the Reception.The staff were very friendly, polite, courteous and attentive.The room was cleaned every day and bed linen exchanged.
The small Restaurant on the 1st floor provided a good selection of Indian/Continental food at breakfast which we enjoyed. The other guests were friendly and very inquisitive about our stay in Mumbai. We had 5 glorious days here, sightseeing all over Mumbai with some hair raising experiences on the local trains. The hotel we would not consider it as a small Boutique hotel, it was more like a comfortable, homely 3 star hotel. We would certainly consider returning to the hotel as it is so central and the cost was very reasonable.

I book this property through OYO and been told that its there own property and run by them only as have Flagship Room 584. I been assured that what Pic I got in mail after booking will have match. I reach there 14 morning and felt like hell. At last had no option but to leave for another hotel.

I stayed here for almost five days. The room was cleaned everyday. It is spacious, has a tv. But the AC was not working properly at night times. The staff is friendly. But the food is not that great. The morning buffet also has limited options. If they rectify these problems it is an affordable place to stay.

Good experience staying with Trego in Mumbai. Good service, neat & clean rooms. Washroom is properly maintained without anywhere leakage. Well decorated with plenty of light. Would love to stay again in the Treebo Hotels rather wish to stay in different Treebo hotels across India

Stayed there for 2 days to visit USA consulate in mumbai, Very decent option if you have an visa appointment and want to visit embassy. Rooms and bathrooms were decent, do not expect anything exceptional. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly.
They told us that they will allow us to check-in early, but at the reception in morning we were told that no rooms are available and have to wait at reception for more than an hour.
