So let's begin hotel reception poor sent me to wrong floor wrong room TWICE on check inn then the room was £130 per night. But when I looked at my online bank they charged me £230 and if I didn't notice it they wouldn't of told me. Not worth making a complaint you get no were just a utter bad experience DO NOT STAY HERE.

Excellent service by very smart staff, superbly cooked food which made our evening with friends very enjoyable indeed. We were part of a group celebrating our past year, mixed ages, all enjoyed the evening. Thank to to staff and management. Looking forward to next event.

We held a family get together to celebrate my fathers 80th Birthday yesterday and we were extremely impressed with the hotel! Graham, the Manager, allowed us to use the Castaway Bar which was ideal for our small party! He was fabulous and made sure we had everything we needed! He is a credit to the hotel and we will definitely return due to the warm welcome, great venue, excellent customer service and value for money we received!! 👍🏻

One night at liverpool and staying in the liner were great. The Room great for its price, and the amenities were good. We have no complaining at all.
Arriving in the middle of the night the check-in process were easy, the staff were helpful also.
One point, its located near Liverpool lime street station which is perfect for us.

Good safe parking. YOu get a ticket on way in and pay at hotel reception before leaving. We also used the bar for a drink and food. Staff were friendly, service was good and prices. Would recommend. Only saw hotel reception area but looked nice.
