Stayed at this lovely B/B for 3nights. Arrived strangers and left friends. Had a beautifully furnished ground floor room. Stephen and his wife are very friendly and also knowledgeable about the surrounding area.
Breakfast was brilliant and Stephens company and cooking was excellent.
Will be returning when we are in the Halifax area again.

A lovely quiet place to stay, the room had everything you needed and was very clean. There was a good choice at breakfast time, I choose the full English which was very tasty. We would certainly stay there again.

Lovely modern room in a gorgeous lodge house set amongst rolling hills. The host couldn't have been more accommodating, including cooking your breakfast to your exact requirements in front of you, in their lovely kitchen diner which is also a very comfortable and homely lounge with a balcony overlooking the beautiful scenic surroundings. A wonderful surprise and a real treat. The only work trip I'd like to do again, but take my family and make it a holiday.

We were made very welcome at The Lodge and our accommodation was really lovely. Steven and Janet really want guests to feel at home and have gone out of their way to provide everything that guests could possibly want. There was a wide range of breakfast goodies from yoghurt and fruit to a full cooked locally sourced one too. Also on hand was lots of local information on places to visit - Superb 10/10. Thank you guys!

A really lovely Bed and Breakfast. We were met by the owner who showed us to a lovely clean well equipped bedroom . Everything a great hotel would offer. Fabulous comfy bed and pillows , well stocked coffee/ tea in room. Very accomadating and helpful in everything we asked. Fabulous breakfast with good quality and choice of food. Could not fault it in comparison to a hotel double the price. The room was warm and cosy with a quiet position overlooking trees and greenery yet only a mile into the centre . Thankyou we will be back .
