So this place is a little rough around the edges. It has great potential. It has great staff for the most part. They have a great location and the bar is fun with great happy hour and food. My room stunk. I informed them the next day after I tried to air it out that it has a distinct heavy degreaser smell to it. They gave my some spray to try the first two days. That didn't help. They finally informed me the last day they had an ozinator they would put in my room. Great! But unfortunately they never put it in my room and I was gone the entire day from noon on and no one called me, to get my approval to put it in my room..... So here I sit on the last night in a stinky room.... I may stay here again, but I would be sure and make sure I approve of my room before I unpack...

Our balcony room gave view of mountains, downtown and national cemetery

The shuttle service was excellent. Reuben and Lorenzo gave great info on each day of our trip, giving us info for each day we were there. Very informative on each occasion no matter the destination. Highly recommended shuttle service!

Great friendly staff

Couldn't be happier with our stay. The staff was extremely friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While we stayed during low season, the staff took the time to explain all things to see and do, which was a huge help. The never seemed rushed, and were probably the friendliest hotel staff I have encountered in over 10 years. Great rooms, very quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is pet friendly and in a very good area. It is close to restaurants and grocery stores.
The rooms are not well kept, the hotel is in need of a renovation. It is quite pricey for what you get.
The floors are very thin as we could hear everything above us which wouldn’t be bad if there wasn’t loud jumping children and inconsiderate parents.

Excellent value!

For the price, can't be beat. Clean, comfortable, friendly. There were three minor issues. The on-site restaurant gets consistently terrible reviews; so we had to get in the car to go to breakfast (highly recommend Dolina's, less than 1 mile). Second, the electrical set-up in the room was insufficient - in order to plug in the laptop, I had to unplug the lamp and work in very dim light. Third, the hair dryer had no heat. But positives easily outweighed. It was very convenient to Centro (not walkable because of highways), and they have a shuttle. Nicely furnished, too.
