I cannot fault our stay here at all. The staff were accommodating & friendly. The room was spotless & the bed comfortable. We had both breakfast & an evening meal here, both were really lovely. Check in & out couldn’t have been smoother. The hotel is literally a 10-15 minute walk to the Luas line at the Red Cow. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located out of the city center, but there is a very easy to get tram station to get any place you need in 20 min. It is very good to have a day full of discoveries and than come back to the suburb to spend a calm night! Clean large rooms and very professional service! In ten minutes walk there is a square with various cafes, pubs and shops.

I brought my friend here for lunch, as nothing on menu she wanted she asked waiter for something else he was very helpful and said I'll ask chef. he came back and said that's no problem. I ordered fish and chips. It was delicious. Waiting staff very nice and polite.
Very cozy seating area's near fire.

We came for a family weekend - accommodation good, breakfast great, service grand - the only issue would be the TV which wouldn't work properly and had no information about channel choices etc - for a family room you rely on the tv to keep the kids entertained but unfortunately we had to do without

Have used this hotel for meetings last 2 years and have found staff first class. This has being from reception to person looking after business rooms , also I've found the restaurant staff excellent. Across the board all have being helpful and always try to please. Definitely one to consider for business events !
