Just a nice walk from Liverpool Station coming in by train from Southend and less than 100m from my appointment, very close to take an evening walk along the north and south river banks.
Nice pub to have an after meeting beer!

I had stayed here several years ago and returned to find the experience even better than before.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was pleasant and comfortable, the location superb and the English breakfast was the tastiest I have had in a long time.
I would certainly recommend the Mad Hatter to friends and colleagues.

Cool place with local menu
Food was really good and place gave the local feeling I go for when I travel
If u live on this side of London dont miss out on this restaurant

My stay at the Mad Hatter hotel was really good, the room was amazing, clean with a large bathroom. I enjoyed the food, the surroundings and the good service. :-)
The adjoining pub was surprisingly cosy with a family atmosphere, the food is of very good standard. Very English - so a good taste of the local cuisine.

I selected the Mad Hatter Hotel mostly for its value and proximity to Waterloo station. What a surprise to find such a delightful hotel attached to a pub! The welcome we received was perfect and the room exceeded our expectations with artisanal water and kettle and coffee making gear. The bathtub was an added bonus. I could not ask for a more comfortable bed. All is all this is one of the great values in London. Because of the construction happening next door we received a voucher for two drinks at the Fuller pub next door. Our dinner was tasty and cozy, a bit of old-style London pub culture (no darts though).
