I stayed for two days and found to be good. They are good and courteous people. It was absolute nearer to Meenakshi temple, around half a kilo meter. They do provide 24 hour check in, that is the best advantage. So guys plan with absolute care.

I along with my family had stayed in this hotel for 3 nights (26-29 Sept 2017). Check-in process was smooth. The people at the reception were cordial. Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast was good. But the menu was same for all 3 days. They should look into this aspect. Room service was poor. In one night we ordered dinner to the room. But they took much time to bring it to the room after two reminders. We hired cab from the travels of this hotel for our Rameswaram & Dhanuskodi visit. Cab service was OK. They have a roof top restaurant which they have started recently. It is good. Overall we had a good and comfortable stay in this hotel.

During the visit of meenakshi temple,we stayed one night in this hotel.Checking was speedy . Rooms are sufficiently big in size. The mattress didn't give much comfort as expected. The restaurant had very good spred of items. Only problem we faced is parking. The basement parking is not sufficient for visitors. Guest forced to park in front of the hotel during night .the security helped a lot

Very courteous and caring staff.. Booking, checkin and checkout was very smooth.
Fairly neat rooms, queen sized double beds.. wished it was king size to accommodate a child in the middle. The AC blower was very fast and could not be controlled. We had ordered for extra bed and the linen of that was very very rough and felt like a foot mat!
Breakfast spread at the Mandapam restaurant is very good!
Not enough parking space though. Basement can fit in only a few cars which the hotel security / driver will help. Else a few cars can be accommodated in front of the hotel.

I must say we were totally surprised with our stay in Madurai Residency . Budgeted hotel but served high hospitality values. Rooms were really nice , they have Grand painting near to the reception , which looks amazing. Hotel is nearby to the temple. My family have really enjoyed one day stay in the hotel along with their complimentary breakfast.
