well, I stayed here for 2 Nights as the property is centrally located.. Good hotel as far as the location is concerned.. Room size is quiet small. but not bad.. Breakfast is quiet good.. If you have a sedan Car and you try and enter the hotel am sure it will hit the floor below while driving at the hotel drive way.. they should get that fixed.. Overall the stay was quiet ok.. next time I'll try other property in Lucknow, but would always keep Maple in my mind..

food was good. room services in night were not upto the mark. rooms were very very small but they were clean. experience was ok. The place has a quieter atmosphere so it is good if you want to opt for a meeting.

I was here for business trip and got very sad experience at hotel.
The reception was ok, If I speak about rooms it so, small that you're staying in a hut and can't move. The shower room too was very congested can't take bathing properly.
I ordered for in room dining, but before ordering I asked the restaurant to provide me less quantity as I know at Lucknow the hotel quantity is too much for one person, I said that I am ready to pay full amount and still, the quantity was not decline and top of it order was wrongly executed.
I checked on next day, I got to know that this not the place to stay after paying your fortune.

The staff here are the rudest people I've ever faced in any hotel. The receptionist especially. I've asked for early check-in and his answer was "should I throw the current guests away". All I wanted was when can he allow me to check-in. He didn't even say any time to me, I was also ready to pay early check-in charges. If the rooms aren't available he could have said that with a bit of respect. Never booking this hotel again...

I will never recommend this hotel to anyone in my life. The staff is not up to the mark at all. You will have to call them 4 - 5 times from the in room phone for them to answer and post that what ever you need will come in another 30 mins may it be water or even 1 single glass. I had to go to the reception to collect the in room towel after calling them 5 times.
The rooms are very small. It is deffinetly not a 4 star category hotel. It is a motel rather than a hotel. Dont deserve more than 1/2 star.
The managment is very poor.
Overall a pathetic experience.
